Royal Rose is not obtainable in normal gameplay right now. It has been seen in data-mined files as a mythical crop, but there is no live way to grow or buy it, and it has no real trade value yet. Treat any "Royal Rose value" or "how to get" claim you see elsewhere as speculation until Grow a Garden actually releases it.

Can you get Royal Rose right now?
No. Until an update adds it to a seed shop, event, or crafting path, there is no legitimate way to obtain a Royal Rose. If it follows other premium flowers, expect it to arrive through a limited event or a seed-shop rotation rather than the common seed pool - but that is an expectation, not a confirmed plan.
